At AllSocial, we care about your satisfaction. That's why we offer a clear and fair refund policy for our paid services.
You may request a full refund for any paid service purchased on AllSocial within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90, Article 49).
To be eligible for a refund:
The request must be made within 7 days of the purchase;
The service must not have been used in an abusive or fraudulent manner;
The request must be made by the account holder, with proof of purchase.
To request a refund, email suporte@allsocial.com.br with the following details:
Full name of the account holder;
Registered email;
Purchase date;
Reason for the request (optional, but helpful for improvement).
We’ll respond within 5 business days with the review and instructions.
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used during purchase. Timelines may vary depending on the payment provider (credit card, bank slip, etc.).
After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of verified technical failures that prevent use of the service.
